The gym features clean and meticulously maintained equipment, so whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, we have everything you need.
We have over 30 machines both new and old, ranging from strength machines (lat pulldowns, chest press machines, you name it), and cardio machines (treadmills, cycles, rowers, and more). We also have a free weights section with benches.
GYM CLASSES
You’re sure to get your heart pumping with our classes held throughout the week. From boot camp to circuits, there is something for everyone. A small studio provides for a more social setting, where everyone can have a good time.
